Project Scope: Surface Area: 3,400 sq. ft. of siding. Prep: Full hand scrape and sand of all siding surfaces. Cleaning: Deep clean underlying wood with a 1:1 vinegar/water solution or deck cleaner. Paint: Color match and paint to match existing aesthetic. Requirements: Must have your own ladders, sanders, and professional painting equipment. Valid insurance is a must.
