Installation of the polyvinyl vapor barrier. Excavation and pouring of foundation perimeter grade beams. Garage slab installation (382 SF – contractor to confirm monolithic vs. separate pour). Covered patio slab (~46 SF). Supply of concrete mix design matching the structural engineer’s minimum PSI specifications. All formwork, pouring, finishing, and tendon stressing.
